FortisBC definition

FortisBC means the group of FortisBC companies and their affiliates, including but not limited to, FortisBC Inc., FortisBC Energy Inc., FortisBC Energy (Vancouver Island) Inc., FortisBC Energy (Whistler) Inc. and FortisBC Holdings Inc..

FortisBC means FortisBC Inc., a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

FortisBC or “FBC” means FortisBC Inc;

FortisBC means FortisBC Energy Inc. and its successors and assigns;

FortisBC means, collectively, the operations of FortisBC Inc. and its parent company, Fortis Pacific Holdings Inc., but excluding its wholly owned partnership, Walden Power Partnership;

FortisBC means the party described as Transferee(s) in Form C - Part 1, item 6 hereto.

FortisBC means the operations of FortisBC Inc., its parent company, Fortis Pacific Holdings Inc., Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited, and excluding its wholly owned partnership, Walden Power Partnership;

FortisBC means collectively, the operations of FortisBC Inc., formerly Aquila Networks Canada (British Columbia) Ltd., its parent company, Fortis Pacific Holdings Inc., Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited, but excluding its wholly owned partnership, Walden Power Partnership;
