Common use of Forms and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Forms and Procedures. Except for any forms, procedures or documents provided by Lender, the forms, procedures and other documents created and used by Dealer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder, comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and rules including, but not limited to the applicable requirements of the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z , the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Title V of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act and Regulation P, the Federal Trade Commission rules and regulations.
