Former Participant. A Participant who is no longer actively accruing benefits under the Plan.

Former Participant. A Participant whose employment with the Employer has terminated but who has a vested account balance under the Plan which has not been paid in full.
Former Participant. An individual shall continue to be a Former Participant until payment of his or her Account is made in full, begins, is forfeited pursuant to Section 4.6, or unless he or she once again becomes a Participant pursuant to Section 3.3(c).
Former Participant. A person who has been a Participant but who no longer has an Account Balance under the Plan and who no longer qualifies under Section 4.1.

Former Participant. Any individual, other that a Re-Employed Employee, who has been a Participant hereunder, but who has incurred a Break in Service, and who has not yet received the entire benefit to which he is entitled under the Plan.
