FORMAL NEGOTIATIONS. This article will govern the process of collective negotiations between the Teachers and the Board of Education. The Board as a committee of the whole, representatives of the Board, or someone representing the Board will work with the teachers negotiating committee or a representative of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ in the consideration of salary schedules and conditions of employment as those terms are used in SDCL Chapter 3-18.
