Formal Grievance - Step 2. If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at Formal Step 1, the written grievance may be presented to the General Manager or designee within 10 standard working days after receipt of the Human Resources Manager’s or designee’s written answer. The General Manager or designee shall meet with the aggrieved employee, or group of employees, and/or the Union Representative within five (5) standard working days after receipt of the written grievance in an attempt to resolve the grievance. The General Manager or designee shall render a written decision on the grievance to the Union within 10 standard working days after the meeting.
