Each Certificate, upon issuance, will be issued in the form of a typewritten Certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing a definitive Certificate. The Owner Trustee shall execute and authenticate, or cause to be authenticated, each definitive Certificate in accordance with the written instructions of the Depositor.
