Form of Redemption Notice. Notice of redemption under Section 10.1 shall be given by the Issuer by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not less than five (5) days prior to the applicable Redemption Date to each Noteholder, as of the close of business on the last day of the calendar month preceding the applicable Redemption Date, at such Noteholder’s address appearing in the Note Register.
