Form of Execution. The words “execution,” “signed,” “signature” and words of like import in this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be deemed to include electronic signatures or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity or enforceability as a manually executed signature or the use of a paper-based recordkeeping system, as the case may be, to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law, including the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, the New York State Electronic Signatures and Records Act or any other similar state laws based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
Form of Execution. A valid and binding signature hereto or any notice, demand, request, or other communication required or permitted hereunder may be in the form of a manual execution of a document or a true copy made by photographic, xerographic, or other electronic process that provides similar copy accuracy of a document that has been manually executed.
Form of Execution. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original. All counterparts will constitute one Agreement, regardless of whether all Parties signed the same counterpart. The Agreement does not take effect until all Parties have executed at least one counterpart.

(a) All conveyances, mortgages, discharges of mortgage, assignments of mortgages, transfers of stocks, debentures, bonds and other securities, agreements and other documents relating to the Fund or to any investment thereof required to be executed by the Trustees may be executed on behalf of the Trustees by such person or persons or corporations or in any other such manner as the Trustees may from time to time provide;

Form of Execution. This Agreement and any amendment hereto shall be authenticated by a notary in Macau SAR. Each document or notice to be issued by the Security Agent in connection with this Agreement (including without limitation, an Enforcement Notice stating, among other things the amount of Secured Obligations as at date of such Enforcement Notice) shall be treated as documents referred to in this Agreement for the purpose of Article 681 of the Code of Civil Procedures of Macau SAR.

This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original as against any party whose signature appears thereon, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures to this Agreement may be transmitted electronically and such transmission shall be deemed an original.
Form of Execution. ANBIMA will supervise the Distribution Supervision Fronts based on the criteria and parameters defined in the Analysis Manual. The result of distribution supervision will be reported quarterly by ANBIMA to CVM through the technical report. There is no action that requires network action, notwithstanding the fact that periodic technical meetings are planned with the objective of exchanging experiences between ANBIMA's and CVM's DISTRIBUTION Supervision teams.
