Common use of Foreign Registrar Clause in Contracts

Foreign Registrar. The term "Foreign Registrar" shall mean Computershare Investor Services Pty. Ltd., Xxxxx 00, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 0000 organized under the laws of Australia, which carries out the duties of registrar for the Ordinary Shares of the Issuer or any successor as registrar for the Ordinary Shares of the Issuer.
