Common use of Foreign Nationals Clause in Contracts

Foreign Nationals. Foreign nationals are not permitted to perform work at Corporation Facilities without prior written permission from the Buyer. Written requests for use of foreign nationals must be submitted to the Buyer at least ten (10) weeks prior to their anticipated work date. Failure of the Buyer to approve the use of a foreign national shall not constitute excusable delay nor entitle Contractor to an increase in the Contract Price.

Written requests for use of foreign nationals must be submitted to the Buyer Owner’s Representative at least ten (10) weeks prior to their anticipated work date. Failure of the Buyer Owner’s Representative to approve the use of a foreign national shall not constitute excusable delay nor entitle Contractor to an increase in the Contract Price.

Written requests Contractor’s request for permission for use of foreign nationals on the Project must be submitted to the Buyer Owner at least ten ninety (1090) weeks days prior to their anticipated work date. Failure of the Buyer to approve the use of a foreign national shall not constitute excusable delay nor entitle Contractor to an increase in the Contract Price.
