Common use of FOREIGN GOVERNMENT Clause in Contracts

FOREIGN GOVERNMENT. DELEGATIONS TO INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES (JAN 2002) Funds in this contract or any task orders awarded under it may not be used to finance the travel, per diem, hotel expenses, meals, conference fees or other conference costs for any member of a foreign government's delegation to an international conference sponsored by a public international organization, except as provided in ADS Mandatory Reference "Guidance on Funding Foreign Government Delegations to International Conferences" or as approved by the CO/COTR.
