FOREIGN CORRESPONDENTS. 34.01 The following articles of this agreement shall not apply to employees based outside of Canada: Articles 10, 12, 16 and 18. With respect to the matters contained in these Articles, the Employer shall continue its present policy and practice with regard to the hours of work and other working conditions of such employees.
