Foreign and German Licenses Clause Samples

Foreign and German Licenses. The Company and its Subsidiaries have obtained all permits, consents, authorizations, orders, registrations, qualifications or licenses required in connection with their respective businesses as currently conducted, including: (i) the Cannabis Licenses, (ii) the German Licenses and (iii) any other authorization or permits from Health Canada or any similar domestic or foreign federal, provincial, municipal or other regulatory body or self-regulatory body in connection with the current and proposed conduct of its business. All such permits, consents, authorizations, orders, registrations, qualifications and licenses are in good standing and in full force and effect. “German Licenses” means the licenses held by Aurora Deutschland GmbH as at the date hereof.
