For Vacation. Aircraft Transition and or Upgrade training, ACPA will designate an alternate representative prior to the setting of DBM. The alternate representative will be paid DSC for each day in that replacement period. The replacement cost will be billed to ACPA.
For Vacation. An employee may convert accrued sick leave over ninety (90) days to vacation leave at the rate of one (1) day of vacation leave for every three days of sick leave credit; provided, however, that no more than five (5) such vacation days thus obtained shall be taken in any one year.
For Vacation. Members may make written request for the vacation period of their respective choice on a notice posted for this purpose by the Members will be given preference with respect to vacation periods in accordance with their seniority.

Vacation time of over four weeks is subject to employee option. This option allows an employee, if specified before May of a vacation year, to opt out of taking additional fifth sixth or seventh (7th) or three the pay for the opted time at normal vacation time, or at such other vacation time as the employee may specify, should be elect to take such vacation option. SCHEDULE "E" Effective April I, the Company will pay SO per month per active employee to the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union to establish a fund for the exclusive use of the employees for training and attending courses. This amount will be paid monthly on a separate cheque and forwarded with the Union Dues.
