Common use of For the Employee Clause in Contracts

For the Employee. The parties agree that in the event of any breach or default by the Company of any of the covenants contained herein, and the Company fails to cure such default within ten (10) days following receipt by the Company of written notice thereof, then the Employee shall be entitled to seek any and all remedies available to her under Louisiana law.
