For Plan Years beginning before January 1, 1985, in the case of a Participant who does not have any nonforfeitable right to his or her Employer Contributions, Years of Service before a One-Year Break in Service will not be taken into account in computing Years of Service for purposes of eligibility if the number of consecutive One-Year Breaks in Service equals or exceeds the aggregate number of such Years of Service before such break. Such aggregate number of Years of Service before such break will not include any Years of Service disregarded under this subsection (b) by reason of a prior break in service.
