For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier Consolidated in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement. Ameritech shall reimburse Requesting Carrier at Requesting Carrier’s applicable tariffed terminating switched access rates.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier Focal in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier Focal in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier Urban Media in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement. Ameritech shall reimburse Requesting Carrier at Requesting Carriers applicable tariffed terminating switched access rates.

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which that is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier 21st Century in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.
