For Integration. IBM grants Vision a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, have used, execute, reproduce, transmit, display, test, and perform the IBM Code in Object Code form only for integration of the IBM Code as part of the US English language version of Release 1, the International version of Release 1, and for distribution to IBM for the purpose of allowing IBM to perform its proposed obligations under the JP-SOW.
