For First Year Students ONLY Clause Samples
The "For First Year Students ONLY" clause restricts the applicability of a policy, benefit, or requirement exclusively to individuals in their first year of a program or institution. In practice, this means that only students who are in their initial year of study are eligible for whatever is being offered or required, such as orientation sessions, special scholarships, or introductory courses. This clause ensures that resources or rules are targeted specifically at newcomers, preventing confusion or misuse by upper-year students and helping to address the unique needs of first-year participants.
