FOR EMPLOYEES. The employee who is a member of a trade union can participate in a CA training day in 2023 and 2024 subject to the following conditions: a. The course shall in any case cover labour relations and the collective agreement. b. The course shall be prepared and organised by the trade union. The employers’ association will also play a role in it. c. The course shall be organised in consultation with the employer.
