FOR EACH DAY OF DELAY. 1.1 If during the well intervention, the CONTRACTOR is delayed in the period established for this, in accordance with Attachment “B” of the contract, it will be subject to the application of a contractual penalty consisting of the amount equivalent to one percent (1%) of the cost of the intervention that it is carrying out, specified in Attachment “DE-10” of this contract, for each day of delay or prorated fraction of delay.

  • 360-Day Year Interest shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.

  • Holiday During Vacation If a holiday, named under Article 7 of this Agreement, falls within the vacation period of an employee, he shall be granted an additional day's pay in lieu of the holiday.

  • Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.

  • Weekend Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

  • Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation Where an employee is on vacation leave and a day of paid holiday falls within that period, the paid holiday shall not count as a day of vacation.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.
