For Cleaning Sample Clauses

For Cleaning. For any clothing that the Customer determines was damaged while in the Contractor’s possession, the Contractor shall provide an exact replacement of the damaged item (or an acceptable substitution, as agreed upon by the Customer) or reimburse the Customer for the replacement cost of the damaged item, as determined by the Customer. The Contractor must provide the Customer with a replacement or reimbursement within two Business Days following the Customer’s notification to the Contractor that the item was damaged. All costs associated with replacing or reimbursing the Customer will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
