Any delay in performance will be no greater than the event of force majeure causing the delay. If an event of force majeure continues uninterrupted for a period exceeding six calendar months, either Party may elect to terminate this Agreement upon notice to the other, but such right of termination, if not exercised, will expire immediately upon the discontinuance of the event of force majeure.
