FOP/OLC Leave Clause Samples

FOP/OLC Leave. Members of the FOP/OLC bargaining units may be authorized based on manpower requirements to use a maximum of two (2) unpaid workdays per year to attend FOP/OLC functions such as conventions, educational meetings, or conferences. The FOP/OLC must advise the Employer at least ten (10) days in advance of such requested leave. Such time shall be covered by vacation or an approved unpaid leave of absence.
