Footwear. As a part of the daily uniform and on any call not requiring bunker gear employees shall be permitted to wear black shoes/black boots provided that they enclose the entire foot. In the event that the County deems it necessary to provide footwear to any of the specialty fields the same footwear shall be made available to all employees at the same cost as the County is paying.
