Common use of Food Service Clause in Contracts

Food Service. Food service is only available at room and board houses. Food service begins on the first day of the contract period, and ends with dinner on the last day of UC Berkeley finals for each semester. Food is provided for 19 meals per week, but meals and meal service may vary depending upon the majority preference in each individual unit. Meal times vary at the discretion of the unit. Food Service shall not be provided during the UC Berkeley Spring and Winter academic break periods.
