Common use of Food Service Program Clause in Contracts

Food Service Program. The preparation and service of food to District’s students, staff, employees and authorized visitors. The Food Service Program may include, but is not limited to, the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), the School Breakfast Program (SBP), the Special Milk Program (SMP), the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), the After School Care Snack Program (ASCS), the Child/Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Seamless Summer Option (SSO) and a la carte food service, which are a part of District’s educational activities.
