Food Service Managers. (a) An employee who is subject to lay off and can not be assigned to a position as provided in Section (b) below may be assigned temporarily to any other vacancy in a department in the bargaining unit for which he/she is qualified.

Food Service Managers. The Director of Food Service shall have the discretion to select Food Service Managers without regard to the above rules; provided, however, that all inside candidates will be interviewed, and further provided that Elementary Food Service Managers may voluntarily laterally transfer between Elementary Buildings, and Middle School Food Service Managers, MVCTC Food Service Manager and High School Food Service Managers may voluntarily laterally transfer between the Middle School and the High School under paragraph (A) above.
Food Service Managers. The regular workday for all food service managers shall be eight (8) hours per day including a thirty (30) minute, duty-free lunch and two fifteen (15) minute breaks.
Food Service Managers. (i) Within thirty (30) business days of the effective date of this Agreement, the University will require that the Food Service Provider train its managers and employees on how to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Food Service Managers a. $420.00 after the completion of ten (10) years of service in the Paterson School District.
Food Service Managers. School Administrative Assistants, Secretaries and Receptionists; Educational Technicians II and III; and Licensed Practical Nurses, custodians/maintenance and excluding all other positions in RSU #16.
