Food Service and Bus Drivers Units. The Employer shall provide each employee along with their last paycheck prior to the last day of each academic school year a form to be filled out, signed, and returned to the Employer on or before August 1 of each year indicating their intent to return to work the beginning of the next academic school year. Failure to so notify the Employer of his/her intent to return to work shall result in the employee's discharge.
