Follow up to the 15th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Sport. (Tbilisi, 16 October 2018) i. Actions to be implemented in line with the Resolutions The committees took note of the updated actions on implementation of the resolutions as explained in document EPAS(2018)62rev1 and summarised by the delegate from Georgia. ii. Promotion of the Tbilisi Declaration The committees took note of the presentation by the secretariat on the ideas already discussed by the Bureau to further promote the declaration (dedicated webpage containing the text of the declaration, the updated list of signatories, an online form to register as a new signatory, and a postcard to be signed manually which can be distributed during meetings). Some examples of events in 2019 where this could be promoted to a more worldwide audience are the Play the Game conference on 13-16 October, the Kazan Action Plan meeting on 28 October, the Fifth World Conference on Doping in Sport on 5-7 November, the seminar on human rights to be organised by EPAS on 20 November 2019, the Sporting Chance Forum on 21-22 November 2019, and any relevant high-level bilateral meetings arranged by the Secretary General or Deputy Secretary General.
