Common use of Focus Areas Clause in Contracts

Focus Areas. Contractor’s Services on behalf of CWC shall be directed by CWC’s Board and Executive Director. Contractor’s Services shall focus on such issues as may be designated by CWC from time to time. Contractor shall promptly notify CWC upon the occurrence of any material event affecting CWC’s interests in the state of Utah.
