Common use of Flow Computers Clause in Contracts

Flow Computers. Flow computers shall be capable of accepting turbine pulses from a turbine meter transmitter or mass pulses from a Coriolis meter transmitter and signals from the pressure, temperature and density transmitters. The computer shall convert, as required, and totalize these signals into gross volume, mass, and net volume. For net volume determinations, the computer shall utilize the latest ASTM, API and GPA tables for temperature, pressure and specific gravity corrections that are applicable to the product being measured. The weight of water shall be as provided in the latest version of GPA 2145.
