Common use of Floor Load Clause in Contracts

Floor Load. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof. The maximum designated floor load within the Premises is one hundred (100) pounds per square foot (live load).

Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

Tenant shall have the right to reinforce the floor slabs of the 21st, 22nd and 23rd floors of the Premises subject to place limitations on the weight thereofprovisions of Article 5.

Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place reasonable limitations on the weight thereofthereof consistent with the floor loads described above.
