Common use of Floater Day Clause in Contracts

Floater Day. Employees hired prior to June 17, 2006 will receive a ‘‘Floater Day’’ to be taken at a time mutually agreed betw een the employee and Employer(s). An employee request to take their floater day will be subject to the Employer(s)’ need to maintain a sufficient work force at all times but otherw ise will not be unreasonably denied.
