FLOAT ORIENTATION. The Union acknowledges the right of the Employer to direct the working force as referred to in Article 3 (Management Rights) and that it may be necessary to float or move nursing personnel for temporary replacement for Facility/Agency requirements. The Employer shall identify all work areas that have fluctuations in work load that may require Employee(s) to be floated in or out of the area.
