Flight Crew Records. Manager shall maintain a complete and accurate record of the qualifications, ratings, certificates and training, including recurrent training, of all pilots assigned by Manager to operate the Aircraft.

Flight Crew (a) Lessor shall employ or engage and pay all salaries, benefits and/or compensation for a fully-qualified flight crew with appropriate credentials to conduct each flight undertaken under this Agreement. Lessor may use temporary flight crewmembers for a flight under this Agreement only if any such temporary crewmember is FlightSafety (or SimuFlite) trained, is current on the Aircraft and satisfies all of the requirements and conditions under the insurance coverage for the Aircraft. All flight crewmembers shall be included on any insurance policies that Lessor is required to maintain hereunder.
Personnel Records Agency will retain all personnel records of employees who work Client’s Referred Accounts a minimum of seven (7) years. This will include but is not limited to training records, applications, background checks, and disciplinary records. Agency will retain all personnel records, including training documents stated below, and will provide to Client upon request.
Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
Files and Records All engineering, business and other books, papers, logs, files and records pertaining to the business and operations of the Stations, but not the organizational documents and records described in Section 2.2.7.

Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. Development Records Each Party shall maintain complete, current and accurate records of all Development activities conducted by it hereunder, and all data and other information resulting from such activities. Such records shall fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities in good scientific manner appropriate for regulatory and patent purposes. Machine Readable Records At the request of the Master Servicer, the Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer, in a mutually agreed machine readable format, the current names and mailing addresses of each Borrower. The Master Servicer shall utilize such information solely for audit purposes, or in the event the Servicer is terminated hereunder.
Research Records Each Party shall maintain records of each Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved by or on behalf of such Party in the performance of such Research Program. Inspection; Keeping of Books and Records Subject to applicable law and third party confidentiality agreements entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business, the Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, permit the Administrative Agent, during the continuance of a Default or Unmatured Default, by its representatives and agents, to inspect any of the Property, books and financial records of the Borrower and each Subsidiary, to examine and make copies of the books of accounts and other financial records of the Borrower and each Subsidiary, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower and each Subsidiary with their respective officers at such reasonable times and intervals as the Administrative Agent may designate but in all events upon reasonable prior notice to the Borrower. The Borrower shall keep and maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep and maintain, in all material respects, proper books of record and account in which entries in conformity with GAAP shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to their respective businesses and activities.
