Flexible Schedule Option a. The parties agree to develop a framework that permits unit members to work a flexible schedule for a maximum of four consecutive weeks per year per unit member. For schools, such an optional program could be available during a maximum of four weeks during the summer. A request must be submitted to and approved by the super- vising executive staff member prior to implementation of any flexible schedule options. For central services offices, the timing and window during which a flexible schedule may be utilized must be approved in advance by the appropriate executive staff member. The flexible schedule shall be four 10-hour days and one day off in a five-day work week. The request submitted for approval must address the following: ✦ Adequate coverage of the school, office, and services; ✦ The identity of the MCAAP/MCBOA unit member(s) who will participate; ✦ A process for tracking attendance and leave use, as well as recording attendance into the district’s time and attendance system; ✦ Reported leave use must be commensurate with the amount of work time actually missed; ✦ The process for contacting MCAAP/MCBOA unit members in the event of an emergency when they are not at the work site.

  • Flexible Scheduling All posts experience a higher day-time volume than occurs during the night hours and the Parties agree to a flexible scheduling as outlined below to be compatible with the needs of the community served and availability of on-call staff and the members of the post’s full-time staff.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.

  • Exercisability Schedule No portion of this Stock Option may be exercised until such portion shall have become exercisable. Except as set forth below, and subject to the discretion of the Administrator (as defined in Section 2 of the Plan) to accelerate the exercisability schedule hereunder, this Stock Option shall be exercisable with respect to the following number of Option Shares on the dates indicated so long as the Optionee remains an employee of the Company or a Subsidiary on such dates: Incremental Number of Option Shares Exercisable* Exercisability Date _____________ (___%) ____________ _____________ (___%) ____________ _____________ (___%) ____________ _____________ (___%) ____________ _____________ (___%) ____________ * Max. of $100,000 per yr.   • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Salary Schedule Placement All bargaining unit employees will have their base salaries set on the following salary schedule based on their years of service in their current job title and band. All employees who have been in their current job title and band for six or more years will have their base salaries set at the market salaries identified in the schedule for their job titles and band assignments. No employee will suffer a reduction in salary as a result of the pay schedule’s implementation.
