Common use of Flexible Benefits Clause in Contracts

Flexible Benefits. 1. A flexible benefits plan (NewsFlex) including selection options for health care insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability insurance and supplemental short-term disability insurance coverage shall be available to all qualified employees. Participants may choose among the various options offered by NewsFlex and pay for these benefits with allotted NewsFlex credits, or if necessary, through personal funds.
