Common use of Flexible Account Clause in Contracts

Flexible Account. Account closure request by the customer (right to cancel) within the cooling-off period If within fourteen (14) days of opening a flexible account you are dissatisfied with the account you have chosen to apply for, you have the right to close the account and we will return your money along with any credit interest earned. This is known as the “Cooling-off Period”. For more details, you can speak to your nominated Relationship Manager. There is no customer right to cancel within the cooling-off period for Time Deposit Accounts.
