Flat Fee Retainer. The Firm is charging you a non-refundable flat fee of $750, plus all costs to file and attempt to serve the debtor(s) with a suit to enforce indebtedness owed to you The Firm will begin work on your case upon payment of $750. Please pay with cash, money orders or checks—made payable to The Xie Law Office LLC. This amount will be placed in the Firm’s trust account and will pay the Firm for the flat fee and expenses incurred from that retainer sum after sending you an invoice for services itemized and expenses incurred on your case at our hourly rates. You must remit payment for expenses identified within 14 days. You agree to pay a service fee of $50 per month for each invoice that is not paid within 30 days. (Example if you do not pay for expenses incurred for two consecutive months, you owe a service fee of $100 in addition to the flat fee paid initially).

  • Retainer 1.1.1. County does hereby retain A-E to perform the Projects/Services as required by this Contract. 1.1.2. A-E has offered, and County has accepted, the professional services of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, P.E., and A-E shall assign him/her to the Projects/Services. 1.1.3. Consultants/contractors may be substituted and/or added by mutual Contract of A-E and the Director, County of Orange, OC Public Works or his designee, hereinafter referred to as 1.1.5. A-E's employment of independent consultants/contractors shall not relieve A-E from the performance of its own responsibilities pursuant to this Contract. However, all consultants/contractors independently contracting with County shall be independently liable to County for the performance of the work pursuant to their agreements, and A-E shall have no liability for work by contractors independently contracting with County.

  • Basic Fee One-twelfth of the annual Basic Fee Rate for a class shall be applied to the average of the net assets of the class of the Fund (computed in the manner set forth in the Trust’s Declaration of Trust or other organizational document) determined as of the close of business on each business day throughout the month. The resulting dollar amount comprises the monthly Basic Fee for the class.

  • Monthly Management Fee Payment On the first business day of each month, each class of each Fund shall pay the management fee to the Investment Manager for the previous month. The fee for the previous month shall be the sum of the Daily Management Fee Calculations for each calendar day in the previous month.

  • Retainer Fee This Agreement shall have ☐ no retainer fee ☐ a non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of $_ to obtain the Agency’s services under this Agreement (“Retainer Fee”). If a Commission is paid the Retainer Fee shall be deducted from the total Commission amount. The Commission is due and payable at closing by the Buyer.   • Annual Fees The annual rental fee of a standard individual 12 x 14 plot is $40 per plot. Please note this rental fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application.
