Flammables. Tenant agrees not to keep or permit to be kept in or about the Rental Property (including assigned storage area) ammunition, fireworks, gasoline, naphtha, benzene, propane, charcoal or any other chemicals that are toxic or explosive in nature. Tenant shall not use or store barbecue grills on University property.
