Common use of Flammable Liquids Clause in Contracts

Flammable Liquids. Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered or enclosed portion of the Airport without the prior written approval of Authority. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
