Fixture Filings. To the extent required by applicable law, proper fixture filings under the Uniform Commercial Code on Form UCC-1 for filing in the appropriate jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Properties are located, desirable to perfect the security interests in fixtures purported to be created by the Mortgages in favor of the Collateral Agent for its benefit and the benefit of the Trustee and the Holders.
