Fixed Term Agreement. You will buy your electricity generation service for the above address from us beginning on the date set by your EDC and will continue for months (or billing cycles). Your Agreement is set to begin on the date that your electric generation service is switched to Supplier by your EDC and will expire after either 12, 24 or 36 months, depending on the length of term of your service, from the date your electric generation service begins.
