Fixed Salary Adjustment. The fixed salary may not be decreased hereunder during the term of this agreement, but may be increased upon review by and within the sole discretion of the Company's Board of Directors.

Fixed Salary Adjustment. The fixed salary may not be decreased hereunder during the term of this agreement, and will increase by five percent (5%) for each successive year of employment.
3.01 (d) Your salary will be increased by $5,806.48 per year to provide for the reimbursement of the Company's medical deduction for family coverage offered to you upon your original employment date prior to the change in policy.
