Common use of Fiscal Quarter Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Quarter. The Partnership’s first Fiscal Quarter began on the Commencement Date and shall end on the last day of such Fiscal Quarter, and the Partnership’s last Fiscal Quarter shall end on the date the Partnership terminates pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Otherwise, the Fiscal Quarters of the Partnership shall begin on January l, April 1, July 1, and October 1, and end on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, respectively.
