Fiscal Appropriations. This Agreement is subject to and contingent upon applicable budgetary appropriations being approved by the County of Orange Board of Supervisors for each fiscal year during the term of this Agreement. If such appropriations are not approved, the Agreement will be terminated without penalty by the County.
