Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Uniform Fiscal Agency Agreement between Xxxxxxx Mac and the FRBNY.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Province and the Fiscal Agent entered into a fiscal agency agreement dated as of February 5, 2018 (the “Fiscal Agency Agreement”) in relation to a series of bonds designated by the Province as its 2.65% Bonds due February 5, 2025 (the “Bonds”) of which C$1,000,000,000 initial aggregate principal amount was issued in the form of one Global Bond (as defined in the Fiscal Agency Agreement and in this Supplemental Agreement referred to as the “Initial Global Bond”) registered in the name of CDS & Co., as nominee of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. (“CDS”), and held by CDS.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Fiscal Agency Agreement, when duly executed by the Issuer, shall constitute a valid and legally binding obligation of the Issuer.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Securities are issued pursuant to a Fiscal Agency Agreement dated as of December 22, 2008 (the “Fiscal Agency Agreement”) between the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent. The terms of the Securities include those stated in the Fiscal Agency Agreement. Terms defined in the Fiscal Agency Agreement and not defined herein have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Securities are subject to all such terms, and Holders are referred to the Fiscal Agency Agreement for a statement of those terms. Copies of the Fiscal Agency Agreement are on file and available for inspection at the Corporate Trust Office of the Fiscal Agent, and reference thereto is made for a description of the rights and limitations of rights thereunder of the Holders of the Securities and the duties and immunities of the Fiscal Agent. In acting under the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the agents appointed by the Issuer thereunder are acting solely as agents for the Issuer and do not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with the Holders of the Securities except as specifically described below or in the Fiscal Agency Agreement with respect to the Fiscal Agent.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Fiscal Agency Agreement shall have been duly executed and delivered by the parties thereto.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Company issued the Securities under a Fiscal Agency Agreement, dated as of March 30, 2006, (as may be further amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, the “Fiscal Agency Agreement”), among the Company and the Fiscal Agent. The terms of the Securities include those stated in the Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Securities are subject to all such terms, and Holders are referred to the Fiscal Agency Agreement for a statement of such terms. The Securities are general unsecured obligations of the Company.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. The Province and the Fiscal Agent entered into a fiscal agency agreement dated as of September 17, 2002 (the "Fiscal Agency Agreement") in relation to a series of bonds designated by the Province as its 3.50% bonds due September 17, 2007 (the "Bonds") of which U.S.$500,000,000 initial aggregate principal amount was issued in the form of one fully registered permanent Global Bond (as described in the Fiscal Agency Agreement and in this Agreement referred to as the "Initial Global Bond") registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of The Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), and held by the Fiscal Agent, as DTC's custodian.
Fiscal Agency Agreement are the subject of a fiscal agency agreement dated 5 May 2020 (the "Fiscal Agency Agreement") made between the Issuer, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG as registrar (the "Registrar", which expression includes any successor registrar appointed from time to time in connection with the Notes), Citibank, N.A., London Branch as fiscal agent and the other paying agents and the transfer agents named therein.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. Upon the Effective Date of the Agreement, SLC shall enter into a Fiscal Agency Agreement with NMLN substantially in the form as provided in Exhibit D.
Fiscal Agency Agreement. This Global Note is issued subject to, and with the benefit of, the Conditions and an amended and restated fiscal agency agreement, dated March 1, 2010 (such agreement as modified and/or supplemented and/or restated from time to time, the “Fiscal Agency Agreement”), and made between the Republic, the Fiscal Agent and the Agents.
