First Sale. Company shall report to University the date of first commercial sale of each Licensed Product within thirty (30) days after occurrence in each country.
First Sale. Company shall report to Medical School the date of first commercial sale of each Licensed Product within thirty (30) days of occurrence in each country.
First Sale. The Licensee will report to The Regents the date of first Sale of a Licensed Product in each country in its first progress and royalty reports following such first Sale of a Licensed Product.

First Sale. Ceres shall report to CUTS the date of first commercial sale of any HAP-1 Product within thirty (30) business days of occurrence in each country.
First Sale. Company shall report to CSHL the date of First Sale of each Licensed Product and the date of first commercial performance of each Licensed Service within thirty (30) days after occurrence in each country.

Within 3 Business Days following the initial release of shares from the Rabbi Trust (the “Initial Release Date”), which will be the later of (a) August 14, 2013 and (b) a date not more than thirty days after August 14, 2013, if determined by the BioSante board of directors to be in the best interest of BioSante.
