Common use of First Month’s Rent Clause in Contracts

First Month’s Rent. Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Lease by Tenant to Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the first month’s Base Rent. Landlord shall apply the first month’s Base Rent to Tenant’s Base Rent obligations on the Commencement Date. ARTICLE V
